THOSE ARE FIGHTING WORDS...SO HERE'S A TAG TEAM MATCH JUST IN!!!
Due to the continued defiance by Patrick Kennedy and Jack Reed by recently rejecting the US Bishop's marriage amendment to the Constitution and consistently supporting abortion (even partial birth in the case of Reed), the following tag team match has been issued!)
WARRIOR'S FOR CHRIST
on active homosexuality
"Those shameful acts against nature, such as were committed in Sodom, ought everywhere and always to be detested and punished. If all nations were to do such things, they would be held guilty of the same crime by the law of God, which has not made men so that they should use one another in this way" (Confessions 3:8:15 [A.D. 400]).
"Therefore brothers, you see how perverse they are and hastening wickedness, who are immature, they seek abortion of the conception before the birth; they are those who tell us, "I do not see that which you say must be believed (Sermon 126, line 12)."
on active homosexuality
"For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error (Romans 1:26-27)."
'CINO' BOYS ('Catholic in name only')
against marriage amendment (man and woman) for constitution
"An intervention by the federal government would federalize marriage, stifle state's debate and be counterproductive and divisive," Reed said. "States must work within the solid framework of the Constitution to forge their own answer to their citizens who are asking for same-sex unions and I support the state of Rhode Island's right to set its own law in this area (Prov. Visitor)."
(note: Jack has also supported partial birth abortion as well!!!)
against marriage amendment also
"prevents homosexual couples access to certain rights" permitted under law to married couples. "It would interfere with homosexual couples' ability to receive marital benefits available to them under the law (Prov. Visitor)."
(note: Patrick considers himself 'pro choice' : i.e. pro abortion).
Ss. PAUL & AUGUSTINE HAVE ALREADY WON THEIR ETERNAL REWARD FOR THEIR FIDELITY...NO SUCH LUCK IF RI's 2 GEMS DON'T CHANGE THEIR TUNE SOON!!!
