BISHOP MICHAEL SHERIDAN, Colorado Springs:
"There must be no confusion in these matters," he wrote. "Any Catholic politicians who advocate for abortion, for illicit stem cell research or for any form of euthanasia ipso facto place themselves outside full communion with the church."
He also states that those who vote for such candidates like the candidate in question, may not receieve communion until they have been reconciled.
ONE PROBLEM: How would a priest know the candidate or person was reconciled? It would seem to me there must be public notification that at least the candidate has recanted his/her position against life.
AT LEAST HE SPOKE OUT! Keep it up Shepherds and you that don't 'woe to you', someone once said!
